Calendar Events

Calendar events are visible in the product, but they are not the same kind of repository content as files, notes, or folders.

They usually come from connected calendar accounts and are surfaced through the Explorer-owned Calendars view.

Good use cases

• meetings tied to project or case work
• review deadlines and milestones
• operational schedule coordination

Practical rule

Treat events as schedule intent.

Use tasks, notes, folders, and cases for execution state, outcomes, and durable collaboration context.

Failure pattern

If important work exists only as a calendar event, the repository will look empty even though the team is busy. That is bad operating hygiene.
