What Is SynckHub

SynckHub is a repository workspace where content, relationships, communication, workflow, and schedule surfaces are tied back to the same collaboration model.

Instead of splitting work across disconnected tools, the product tries to keep these things aligned:

• folder context
• permissions and sharing
• activity and version history
• search and retrieval
• desktop and web handoff

Core idea

A folder is not just storage. It is a durable collaboration boundary.

Focused views such as Files, Emails, Calendars, Companies, Contacts, or Cases exist to speed up work, not to replace that boundary.

How the current product is organized

The real current workspace looks like this:

• top-level Search for retrieval
• Explorer as the main shell
• Explorer-owned views for Files, Chats, Emails, Calendars, Notes, Tasks, Companies, Contacts, Cases, Invites, Shared with me, Pinned shortcuts, Trash, and Sync
• separate repo-admin or governance pages for users, groups, agents, and public links

What SynckHub is not

• not just a file repository
