Find Anything Fast

Search speed comes from method, not guesswork.

Repeatable retrieval method

  1. start with one stable term (exact phrase, identifier, or unique name)
  2. narrow by item type/scope/metadata
  3. open top results and validate folder context
  4. save effective query patterns for reuse

If results are noisy

  • tighten naming conventions
  • reduce duplicate folder structures
  • normalize metadata values

If results are missing

  • check access scope first
  • verify expected item type
  • confirm content was actually committed/saved

Search quality is a governance outcome as much as a feature outcome.
